Maya is an actress, writer, and producer born and raised in Connecticut. She is currently training at NYU's Stella Adler Studio of Acting.  Maya Gibson is an actress and producer currently training at NYU's Stella Adler Studio of Acting. She began her acting career at age 4, and at 9, she was among the top 8 contenders for the role of Nala in The Lion King on Broadway. At 16, Maya founded her own production company, Iconix Entertainment, where she produced and starred in her pilot series Maya: TBD. Throughout her career journey, Maya has worked on plays, commercials, short films, and voiceover projects, all while continuing to produce her own work.  When she is not artistically engrossed, Maya enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and trying new cuisines.
